One Piccadilly Gardens (and the adjacent Pavilion) boasts a 130 metre linear length of ground floor frontage, opening onto a fantastic new piece of public realm in the heart of Manchester.

With its full length, floor to ceiling glazing, One Piccadilly Gardens provides an unequalled panorama of the City, with stunning views in all directions.

The revitalised Piccadilly Gardens which have undergone a dramatic £15million transformation, include 100 semi-mature trees, plants, fountains with spectacular lighting, seating and public art, creating a contemporary new public square.

The Pavilion, designed by renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando, stretches along the south west side. Its long and elegant curved form shields the gardens from the hustle and bustle of the bus station behind, creating a tranquil area within.

The Pavilion and ground floors of One Piccadilly Gardens will be home to a diverse and innovative mix of cafés, restaurants and retail outlets, spilling out onto the busy gardens and complementing the traditional retail core, only a step away.
