Argent is a founding member and principal driver behind the Piccadilly Partnership, a strategic alliance of key landowners, service providers and the City Council.

The Partnership has been formed to raise awareness of, and build upon, the huge public and private investment which has transformed Piccadilly in recent years.

The Partnership seeks to reposition the Piccadilly area in the economic and social life of the City by underpinning and promoting its economic vibrancy, working to:

• Raise awareness of the many changes taking place within the Piccadilly area.
• Market the commercial advantages of the Piccadilly location and promote it as a 'brand'.
• Engage transport service providers and authorities in a constructive dialogue about transport services within the area.
• Further improve the quality, management and maintenance of the public realm.
• Secure new arrangements to deliver local service improvements, with the active participation of public and private sector partners.
• Stimulate and steer economic investment on key sites, in line with the regeneration strategy for the area.
• Potentially, take up new opportunities afforded by the Business Improvement District (BID) legislation and impending changes to the Business Rates regime.
